I placed an order for a $190 pair of…

I placed an order for a $190 pair of ultra boost shoes, in a 10. I received a random cycling shoe in a 10.5. Not only would adidas not send out my actually ordered shoe, they also said that they would not refund until I sent back the wrong shoe and it passed inspection, my refund would happen within 21 days of that. They said to reorder the ultraboost and pay in full again, if I wanted the shoe in time for the bday it was a gift for. They also had the audacity to say that the original shipping would not be refunded🤣😂🤣😂. I WILL NEVER SHOP ADIDAS AGAIN!

Horrible service

I mean wow. This was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I have been trying to contact them for days. I have been on hold for a cumulative of 2 hours. There is no excuse for that. They do not reply to emails, nor do they ever have a person available to chat with you online. Seriously awful. I cannot express how bad it is. It has single handedly ruined my past two days.

No pride in shipping there products

Ordered a pair of baby adidas they showed up in a 50"×50" box with no packing to secure the little box of shoes both shoes were out of the box and paper wrapping just bouncing around in that huge box so much that the tags weren't even attached anymore... I won't do business with adidas online anymore they take no pride in shipping there product

I ordered due to its brand but product is not sent for shipment till date. It is true that Nike is superior than addidas due to this

I have ordered and my order No is ACA11503706 and it has not been shipped til now and no tracking info as the product is not ordered.they don’t have any information. In Canada, experience is worst as compared to India. It’s quite shocking.

I have been waiting for a refund since March. It is now mid september

I have been waiting for a refund since March, it is now September: I am told by the agents o the phone there isn’t much they can do and that they have to forward my inquiry to a manager that will get back to me within 48 hours. I have been told this several times throughout the past couple of months and have yet to receive a single call. I am looking to take some legal actions soon as all other options have been exercised with no avail.

Most horrible online buying experience ever

They take your money, never fulfill your order, keep telling you that it will be fulfilled eventually. They have no customer service whatsoever. Essentially stole $70 from me.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a track…

I ordered a pair of shoes and a track suit in the middle of August. Adidas sent the shoes but have yet to send the track jacket / track pants (suit). They refuse to pick up the phone. I am on the phone with them now as I am typing this.

Don't order from Adidas.com , tell everyone you know. Contact CC company and dispute the charge.
